Our Services
We’ve compiled a broad array of properties to make sure that we can comprehensively cover the needs of our customers – and this approach has worked wonderfully well since our founding. Our focus on boutique living for the professional individual and a hands-off income for landlords means that our service will not be for all. That's fine, there are plenty of high-street letting agents out there if this isnt your gig.
Landlords
We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a long term agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals.
We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to. We’re offering a broad range of expertise to ensure that you don’t have to think about your property’s management whatsoever – and that means that we’ll look at sourcing tenants, vetting and background checking, collecting rental payments and deposits, and managing maintenance and repair requirements as they come up. The idea here is that you won’t have to lift a finger – simply keep up with your other duties and let the rental income stream into your bank account.
Tenants
We understand that the modern professional needs flexibility to be able to work comfortably from home or within commuting distance from work.
Our homes provide you with gorgeous furnishings, clean, modern and frankly an adult living environment to thrive and meet like-minded people, without the student vibes we are all so tired of.
